Shipping Policy – Diamond PCs

1. Shipping Areas

Diamond PCs ships Canada-wide.

We also offer free local pickup for customers in the Windsor, Ontario area.

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate Canada-wide shipping: $99 CAD

  • Free local pickup: Available at no cost

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing Times

Prebuilt PCs

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local time) are typically ready the next business day

  • Some prebuilt systems may be available in stock for immediate or next-business-day local pickup

  • Availability depends on inventory

Custom-Built PCs

  • Custom systems are built to order

  • Typical build and preparation time: 1–2 business days

  • Customers will be notified if additional time is required due to component availability or special requests

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

4. Local Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available

  • Pickup is completed in-store during regular business hours

  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready

  • Government-issued ID and order confirmation may be required

5. Shipping Method & Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable Canadian carriers selected by Diamond PCs based on destination, package size, and reliability.

All systems are:

  • Professionally packaged

  • Secured to minimize transit damage

6. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • Transit times vary by location and carrier

  • Diamond PCs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

7. Shipping Insurance & Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Diamond PCs is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Customers must:

    • Retain all original packaging

    • Provide clear photos of the packaging and contents

  • Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for a claim

Diamond PCs will assist with carrier claims where applicable.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Diamond PCs is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping costs resulting from address errors

10. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • International addresses

Remote or rural locations may experience extended delivery times.

11. Policy Updates

Diamond PCs reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page.
